As with the previous review I lost all my 2fa keys when the app updated as did a client who I had recommended it to. Fortunately I had a back up of most of my keys but my client did not as they are not very tech savvy. This is a terrible experience for people to trust this app to keep their keys safe only to find they are potentially locked out of their accounts. At best is it a long annoying process to gain access again, at worst accounts maybe lost.

Found Raivo when looking for an alternative to the ubiquitous Google suite, and I believe it’s so much better! It’s secure and yet easy to use. Installing on a new device is simple, with all your data resorted.

Routine app updates happened and on launch, Raivo acted like it was doing first-time install. Forgotten PIN, Face ID off; just lucky I did have the codes backed up and remembered the master password. It's hard to break trust more than that - completely forgetting you've ever been installed on a device and resetting to default is a huge a fail as is really possible. I'll be migrating away and deleting the app.

Previous developer cashed in and sold the app to a money hungry company, your OTP’s are locked behind a paywall now. Avoid.

The title says it all. Dozens of OTPs saved over years are lost. Fortunately I’ve made backups but definitely lost most recent OTPs. Gonna move to Bitwarden Authenticator now. Hope they won’t f up this badly.

The fact that it backs up seemingly with your iCloud backups deserves 5 stars in itself. I just wish the custom icons would work sometimes, but that’s more of a pet peeve.
