刚开始注册就已经无服务，服务链接问题，换了VPN还是不可以❌

I was using viber together with my Rakuten Kaisen SIM card to call Japan. My viber account was then blocked by the anti-scam system out of no reason. When I tried to contact for support, the support system is ai generated without any human support available. Once you get blocked (even without scamming) then your account is permanently gone with not even a penny refund.

I never received registration OTP !!! Sent support time 2 emails but no reply at all !!!

I randomly got blocked and when I reported this to the support team, I only got automated emails stating my account was blocked due to suspected spam activity. I don’t get what this “spam activity” even is, since I only called an overseas call a few times before even getting blocked. Currently, I urgently need to call an overseas number to resolve an issue with a support team and I am unable to because of this app’s unreasonable blocking and unhelpful “support team”, not even sure if there are actual members in the support team honestly. I will not recommend this app to any other person from now on, even though I wanted to at first, as Viber would have been a great app with actual decent coding of blocking spam and a helpful support team.

Hi! I have an auntie that accidentally pressed block/ blocked my contact on her phone list. After we have unblocked my contact, both of us still can’t send messages to each other nor call each other. I have been contacting your customer service via email. But no response for few months now! Please help sort this out.

Be careful. I’ve been using this app for a long time and suddenly my number is blocked without a way to solve it. Seems awful that you cannot recover your account once it is mislabelled as a spam account. This is the message that I received from support below: Your number was blocked on Viber because it was reported as a source of spam or as a result of unusual activity. The account has been automatically added to a block list and can not be unblocked.

I used Cathay Pacific airline in flight wifi and it never works for viber app. All other app WhatsApp , IG FB and even basic networking works perfectly well except viber. Hope you can check this out. Thanks

My number was blocked by viber after changing to a new phone. I tried to submit the ticket online and get their system generated email reply mention that the number was unblocked and try again after 24hrs. I followed the guidelines and try to re-login again after 24hrs. The then app still show error and submitted another ticket. Got the system reply and said my number was permanently blocked with no reasons. No matter how many tickets you submitted, all are system auto reply. None of their staff could help you
