For what is a expensive product , the software is terrible… always hanging , log in issues , freezes and doesn’t read shots ( have to reset or change light settings each shot to register a shot ) . When it works it’s good but at the end of my patience with this
The Rapsodo MLM was very inaccurate for me. 8 Iron was usually about 20 meters short. The only club remotely correct was a pitching wedge. Tried everything for a couple weeks the returned to Amazon and bought a Flightscope Mevo which seemed quite accurate.
I really love the app and the launch monitor, however, after paying $850AUD for the launch monitor itself I feel having a $100 a year subscription for all features of the app is not fair. Whilst the free version is really good, I went to review a video from one of my shots from 1 day ago and it won’t play as it just brings up the subscription screen. Overall it’s really good but not worth 5 stars when it’s $100 per year on top of the $850 I already paid for the monitor itself.
Has been great for helping me with improving my overall game through my range sessions, the ability to see all my swings, related launch monitor data, shot tracers and shot shapes and to see all of my tendencies through data and video over time has been amazing. Can’t wait to see what more feature improvements Rapsodo can bring to its app (would love to see the ability to draw plane lines and spin rate), but even if they don’t come this product has met my expectations and their customer support has been tremendous. Keep up the great work Rapsodo!
Bought it as it was highly recommended by my coach. Used it for 2 weeks and love it , made my practice more fun and ball path tracer makes it even better.
I purchased this item to improve my golf game it has met my expectations and more I am so impressed with this product specially after the latest update where they’ve added that we can now use it at home in a net Great work guys
Nifty little gadget, with every update seems to be a new feature added , highly recommended
The product seems to work OK ...it’s hard to know how accurate it is. Be aware that after you purchase the hardware, to get access to all features you have to pay an annual fee. My “free” account is faulty as I get nil saved swing videos. I have sent 3 emails to support about this and use questions. No response - no support.
