I’ve been using this app for quite a while now. It’s definitely helped me to quit and to visualize my goals and health benefits in the process. Honestly, I’ve tried to quit smoking for a while now. Using this app has gotten me further than any other attempts. The reward system and information is so helpful for my adhd brain. It made it a fun challenge to quit smoking without the guilt and shame. The daily totals are my favorite and it really puts it into perspective how much time and money I’ve wasted over the past 14 years I’ve been smoking. I LOVE this app. And my children have been begging me to quit smoking for years, so as much as I hate that it’s become a family activity to check this app obsessively, it has! And it’s never felt better to try to quit a habit I actually kind of loved.
