Relaxed and comfortable
I have been trying on and off for 10 years to quit. I feel I really have a chance with this. Thank you, being relaxed for me is an accomplishment already.

Wonderful app.
Very relaxing
It was weird, I can remember hearing the voice and then nothing.
Could be better
The quality of the sessions is great and the speaker’s voice is beautiful and comforting. A lot of the content is good, however it’s not very comprehensive. They’re basic sessions and the app recommends listening to them over and over again before you can move on to the next. The first one is fear inducing. If you struggle with fear of the effects of smoking, I strongly do not recommend this app. We already know what can happen and I didn’t like the part of visualizing inhaling poison and it going into every part of my being. I’m sure most of us think this as we’re smoking and it took me right out of my hypnotic state. Unfortunately, I didn’t get anything out of this app.
