This remains the best, most expressive, most realistic iOS piano out there. A real instrument. Absolutely worth the outlay.

THE FUTURE?

I really didn’t want to splash out on such an expensive App, especially since I had no real way of knowing whether or not it would be what I was looking for. Anyway, 20 YouTube clips later, I decided to pull the trigger and just get it. I am blown away! I think VSTs and Apps like this will eventually take over, and I’m so blessed to be able to take advantage of such innovative breakthrough technologies. Amazing!

No sound when e porting through Garage band

Sound quality and interface are amazing. When I export the sound through garage band there is no audio. The file is totally silent. Any help with this issue would be amazing!

Sounds great but…

I’ve just recorded a piece on GarageBand. Seven minutes of dialogue and added improvised Ravenscroft piano.I then emailed it to myself. When I listened back to the email the piano didn’t appear until a minute into the track! I tried everything I could think of, to no avail. As the piano track was improvised there was no way I could just re-record it.It had to be scrapped. And replaced with the stock GarageBand piano.which obviously doesn’t sound as good. I first bought your product 2 years ago and was really impressed until the glitches started and perfectly good takes had to be erased.(pedal information disappearing mostly) Please sort this out.It sounds great but it’s still too problematic for me to use on a daily basis.I work fast and it slows me down too much.

Help required for Kawai VPC1

I haven’t been able to get this to work with my Kawai VPC1 and iPad. Any help would be useful. Thank you in advance.

No sustain switch in auv3

I bought this primarily because I often travel without a sustain pedal and this had a switch on the interface to turn sustain on, which makes playing keys much more enjoyable. However I was gobsmacked to notice that the sustain switch is only there in standalone mode and not when the app is used as an auv3! I have no idea why as there is plenty of room. If they thought it was a benefit in standalone, why would they remove in other modes? I’ve requested a refund…. The piano itself sounds nice. Edit, after more playing around I see I can use inter midi app which has decent task switching between the piano and Cubasis and have access to the sustain pedal so I’m putting my rating up to 4stars. I can’t seem to cancel my refund request so will rebuy. It would still be much easier if UVI out the switch in the AU version! Piano itselF is lovely…

I agree with other users this has got to be the finest piano on IOS,it does actually inspire me to practise again. Expensive yes guess you always have to pay for Quality 5 stars no problem.rayloop.

Unreliable, sounds great.

Forever having to go into it in AUM and swap preset in order to get it working again. (It gets a red border around it and stops making sound) It sounds great. Crashes more than any other AUv3 I have. I think the recent update helped a bit. Doesn’t really make me want to stock up on other VILabs plug-ins.

Best Virtual Piano

In my opinion sounds better than Garritan CFX and Ivory 2 American Concert D. Also, the best sound ‘out of the box’ without adjusting equalisation etc.
