It’s a really great app, but I wish I supported black shark v2 pro - XBOX Edition

i picked custom on the equalizer of my hammerheads on the app and the app crashed, now i can’t remove the custom setting because every time i press on it crashes

IOS App doesnt connect to headset when plugging usb c wireless to PlayStation.Its works only when you remove the usb c from the PlayStation.So you cannot change the settings while hearing audio from PlayStation,which makes the headset feel like it’s on a wheelchair.Getting this fixed would make this headset worth its price.

Why doesn’t The Razer audio app have the Razer black shark v2 pro xbox edition? It makes no sense! Great pair of headset tho!

It can’t play music from IOS or display audio from Xbox at the same time; honestly all I was counting on and the technology cannot support. Disappointed

Tried countless times to try to get it to connect to find out they don’t have any for the Xbox terrible site. You’d think a razor site would include all razor products, the answer is no… don’t know why they wouldn’t put they only have PlayStation products!!!

I have the hammerhead pro hyperspeed and they do not connect to this app 85% of the time and the only way I can get them too is to reinstall the app and forget and reconnect the devices. It is appalling that this is the only way to monitor battery life or change equalizer and rgb settings on a $200 pair of ear buds and the app does not work

Am shocked!! We are in 2024 almost 2025 and still, some of the Razer headset APPs Couldn’t connect to my Razer Nari vision didn't find it at all.

Please add the regular black shark v2 I’m using it on ps5 and I don’t have the console edition
