Razer Audio

I turned on my Bluetooth on my phone, it’s pairing to my phone but for some reason it does not show up on the application. I even went to the product list to select the black shark v2 pro headset still couldn’t pair it, it says device not found even though it’s it literally connected to my phone, fix this issue.

When i connect my hammerhead twp an other razer product the app just go back to select product and issue never fixed evry time i set the product the main screen appears to change the setting but suddenly it bach to products Updated : still have this issue i don’t know why company like that couldn’t create the simple app like that

I never know what my battery and stuff is so this helps a lot

Doesn’t have Razer Kaira Pro Xbox edition only has PlayStation edition. Also failing to scan my Bluetooth.

Avoid like the plague. If you have any issues the entire system is setup to make you give up so they don’t have to repair or replace their defective products. Customer service is nonexistent. Do not buy.

Fix the app if it has kaira pro for PlayStation it should have it for Xbox

I was unable to connect my Blackshark pro V2 headset to acercas the EQ settings. I’ll probably return the headsets eventually and opt out for user friendly headsets.
