Blackshark V2 Pro
Like most of the other reviews here state: App does not recognize the Blackshark V2 pro headset. Device pairs to my phone and PC without issue (have a similar issue with the PC Synapse app).

It legit doesn’t let me connect my black shark v2 pros with this. What’s the point of buying into razer product if any “special features” aren’t actually able to be used???
Useless
Cant pair my headset even though I have Bluetooth enabled on my phone, and I have it in both pairing modes less than a foot away. App doesn’t work even when choosing the specific product. Funny part is that I can connect it to the blue tooth on my phone just fine but can’t connect it through the app at all even when the headset is ALREADY CONNECTED TO MY PHONE! USELESS APP. And the even bigger kick in the nuts is that to change the lighting on the rgb app you have to link it though this app. USELESS
Has potential but needs to keep up with new audio devices
I just got it thinking I could edit the audio quality of my headphones like on my pc but it won’t pair and there is limited devices that are accessible for the app so you have to download and see what can be paired or not. My kraken V4 headset is not supported seems like only V2 of the kraken series are supported, Razer please fix :)

App cant find my headsets ( V2 Pro 2023 ) even though they are connected to my phone, i tried disconnecting it to my phone and putting in pairing mode. Still says it cant find my headsets. When i tried to report this bug, the app also just closes??

I got the pink kitty version and the colour was always white and I was sick of it but then I realized I can download this app and change the colour and now they’re blue also they beep and I don’t know why
