Paid, but my account never got upgraded sent lots of emails and queries since December 23 and never got a reply back or any other support

Guys please make your app stable.it crashes when adding new colleagues, it crashes when trying to sync to RosterBuster.. I don’t care about pop-ups that I am at CAE sim centres, I care about a good functioning app which is stable. I’m switching in the next week if the issues remain. Edit: I decided to stay, but now I paid for premium and AGAIN, the premium hasn’t been activated. Guys fix these basic functions please… this is really Annoying while using this app as a professional Aviator…

On all the devices I use (iphone, ipad) the app crashes when it has to calculate block time after putting in off blocks and on blocks. Today, with the latest update I managed to fill in these times on a view recent flight. When I tried to do others it crashed again. Meanwhile I am in contact with RB Logbook support regarding this issue. The issue appears only when the app has to calculate based on on and off block times for “local” flights (dep and arr aerodrome the same). When I, initially, input a different arrival aerodrome the app does not crash. When the block time is calculated I can than correct the aerodrome identifier and save the flight without the app crashing.

Since the last update my phone battery is drained from 100 to 0% in 3 hours, checking which apps are responsible: RB Logbook. Uninstalled for this reason and also because it’s poor integration with Rosterbuster. For example why is aircraft reg not imported? Why is crew imported poorly? Every crewmember is listed as additional crew, I spent more time correcting RBlogbook errors than I did filling my logbook with excel, which defeats the purpose of it entirely.

Recently the app kept crashing and had to reinstall. After logging back in again I lost all my data!! It didn’t sync back! After contacting support there was only a couple of months of incomplete data left on their server whilst I’ve been using it for several years!! Very unreliable.

Please fix your app, its broken! Since the new update it cannot connect to the cloud anymore. And what’s worse, because of this I cannot login anymore, and can’t reach my own data anymore! Where is my logbook data gone??

Very nice and streamlined app! Import from mccPilotLog went without a hitch. The connection with Rosterbuster to quickly load flights from your airline portal and sync with your agenda is very neat. Minor annoyance is that when editing times the cursor jumps in the middle of the time instead of at the front or back. Otherwise very content so far!

Works like a charm. Importing logten pro even with text backup worked out great. Reason 4 star is the fact it’s impossible to select return flight with previous flight data. But maybe I’m doing something wrong?

Nice and solid Logbook. Unlike competitors reasonably priced and does what it is supposed to do. Good job!

Dit is een stuk goedkoper dan bijv. LogTen. Momenteel kan ik 50% korting geven trouwens, onze manier om te proberen tijdens de Corona crisis toch nog iemand over de streep te trekken...
