Needs improvement
Had this logbook for years now and it is still riddled with issues with exports.

Works well and integrates with RosterBuster
Ignore the old bad reviews, seems to be working fantastically well for me
To many bugs
I’ve been using it for exactly a year now. Logged 700hours on it. I’m moving to another app. Customer support is no support and terrible communication, multiple bugs reported numerous times and never addresses: Duty time is bugged, exporting roster only works if you do a very limited number of flights, and now ACARS photo has stopped working. Frustrating as I find it easy to use, but the lack of communication when sending an email with a problem has driven me away.
Consistently disappoints
All you want after an extended duty is a simple, reliable and bug free way of recording your flight data. Unfortunately this is not it. The ACARS photo promises much but is totally unreliable. Linking to RosterBuster is difficult and inconsistent. Customer support is non-existent and impossible to contact. I would suggest you take your money elsewhere, I am.
Needs improvement
The app is working well in some regards, but has some serious distance to travel in terms of importing and exporting data. It continuously imports data inconsistently, mixing up first and second names etc. Then exports them in a really insane manner on a CSV like John++++Smith++++8272717+++++. The document export that is supposed to replicate a logbook also doesn't function correctly. For recording flights daily it works well, but I'm very concerned about the amount of work I'm going to have to do when I want to export everything and have a good data set. There are very few options to help these issues on the user side. Shame.
Disappointing
This app feels really rushed, it lacks most the features you would expect from a logbook app. Everything feels clunky and isn’t that easy to use, I would revisit if this is ironed out but can’t see this being of any use to anybody, yet. This app needs to find its niche in an already saturated logbook market, shame as it’s backed by a well known name in the industry.
Avoid at all costs
Syncing with both previous rosters and current rosters just doesn’t work and you get to spend hours sorting it out. Customer support takes a good week to get back to you and provide nothing helpful before you get to wait another week for a response.
Don’t bother
This is an awful app! Buggy, unintuitive, and so called ‘support’ is non existent. Save your time, and money, and look elsewhere.
Not quite there yet
Great potential but not up to LogTen Pro yet. When it is I'll gladly make the move across.
Simple, doesn’t work
RB Logbook and RosterBuster won’t connect and I can therefore not import flights. Disappointing, don’t waste your time on this app. Needs a lot of work to be anywhere near its competition.
