Good and clear instructions. Exercise Proposals after a Strava activity 👍 Would be nice if the app was also available for Apple TV. Then you have a big screen
I have been using after an injury. The app provides with interesting exercises routines. It is also a nice to have for warm ups in the winter.
This is a nice app, but I would love to see HR tracking & pose registration for my strava & apple health upload
Easy to use. Very good explanation. Each movie is an invitation to try it.
The content is good when it loads. But I can never get videos to play. Will often have to wait for at least a minute to see the animation start… load times should be much quicker when these are simple, few second long repeating animations
Strava advertises for this app, and makes it extremely straight forward to download the app. At first I was super excited about it, and ready to start adding mobility and stretching to my daily routine. But as soon as I opened the app I realized that almost everything on it is behind the Strava subscriber pay wall. I deleted it immediately and returned to the Nike Training Club app, where most of the stretches and exercises are free.
I used it for post-run back pain and it produced a short workout / stretch tailored to my training history AND IT WORKED IN MINUTES - my back pain disappeared. Amazing.
Clearly developed by a team of athlete engineers. Though I love working out, I have little patience for fitness/training apps. I’ve been feeling a little beat with the spring soccer season ending though so I decided to try Recover through my Strava subscription. It is perfect. Such appreciation for quality engineering. Incredibly user friendly, informative without being overwhelming, lots of useful features without being glitchy or tedious. From one engineer/athlete to another - excellent work and thank you.
I like the app and the ability to follow pre-determined routines or create custom ones. But I think the custom experience would be much improved if I had the option to just search the name of the exercise I want to do instead of having to click through muscle groups and equipment. It’s also very annoying that when building a routine, I can’t go back to a previous muscle group after adding exercises to my routine without having to start over from scratch. With the current setup, I have to remember or write down what I previously selected as I go through multiple muscle groups.
