Redbubble - Shop original art

I ordered some stickers like two or three month ago, paid for them. They even informed me that it all has been shipped. But they never arrived, I don’t even get any updates about late shipping or anything.

RedBubble is my favourite online store, bar none. If I need shirts, posters, or stickers it never occurs to me to go elsewhere because RB is super super rad. But man, the app isn’t quite as rad. It mostly feels like a feature-limited version of the website. You can’t easily or obviously filter your searches (and removing filters is surprisingly difficult), you can’t review previous purchases, and the favourites section handles artists in the weirdest possible way. To say nothing of frequent crashes. I’ll have RB installed on my phone until my dying day. But man, I hope the app catches up to meet the quality of the store itself.

I tried canceling an order several times, minutes after it was placed. Each time it gave me the confirmation that the cancellation request was placed- Only for the cancellation to not go through and the order to be confirmed anyways. It wouldn’t be a problem if the app didn’t say you could cancel the order 2 hours after it was placed with a full refund. Not a fan. Bye bye to my $150 dollars

Only one issue is when I typed Why Don’t We a boyband I saw great stickers but then I saw one very inappropriate photo that’s definitely fake, it was all of them facing away on the area where unbelievable was filmed but they were nude which I’ve never seen any pictures of them doing that so it’s clearly fake and no matter where I looked or asked the help center I couldn’t find the report content button :/ so that’s the only problem I’m having with the app otherwise it’s great.

This company is honestly disgusting. They promote art that has hatred and sexist views and when I had tried for a year to talk to someone about, they ignored me and then deleted my seller account, in retaliation, claiming some kind infraction. I reached for over a year to their support email and no one helped and just continually ignored me. Be careful with this company. No one cares. Support is extremely limited and they will delete your account if you bring up the bad stuff on their site, that they condone.

Said if got app you’d get a discount, never happened and very frustrating

Made a mistake on an order, immediately communicated, just 5 sec after placing it…… money stolen. Original art…. Fraudsters

The failure of Redbubble to repair the malfunctioning, broken, and, therefore, worthless app is infuriating and unacceptable. If Redbubble is able to perform as competent company, that would be greatly appreciated.
