App design is great. I made Internationl order while receiving inaccurate tracking number. Orders do not arrive on time and customer service replied asking me to refer to the tracking number even though it is inaccurate. Very disappointing.
the app’s inaccessible
The app was fine. However I have never received anything I have ordered in the app. The delivery in my opinion doesn’t worth that expensive. :( Basically I won’t order any more product on this platform anymore.
i like ur shop but it’s too expensive and the delivery should come earlier even tho it’s not express
