Redbubble - Shop original art

Pretty much useless for sellers...but its ok for buyer. Better use the website. Even the website itself is quite buggy..

Please improve this app by adding features for seller. It would be easier for the seller to to sell their items.

For a shopping app, I have never found a more frustrating, and ill-conceived search function. 1) PROBLEM: When you type in a SPECIFIC name or topic of something you are looking for, the results that comeback are a mix of multiple listings for the same item from different sellers, but they are spread out throughout dozens upon dozens of different listings for different items (some not even remotely related to what the user types in the search bar). SOLUTION: Group all of the exact same items that are being offered by different sellers all together. PROBLEM: When you type in a SPECIFIC name of something you are looking for, the results that comeback are a mix. Many are not even closely related to what you type into the search bar. SOLUTION: Put all of those items that are an EXACT match, as relates to what is entered into the search bar FIRST when providing search results. Next, label a section “SIMILAR RESULTS,” and then however far removed from the actual search inquiry, at least shoppers will know that what they are looking at may air may not be related to what they are looking for. There are thousands upon thousands of apps for shopping sites. They all seem to have programmers that have figured out how to provide the correct results that a user enters into a search bar, so I would suggest it’s not difficult or impossible for Redbubble to do the same.

I have been waiting for a week for my shop to be verified. I had a meme go viral and people have been adding for hats and stickers. By the time they get around to approving it, the design will be old news. Wish i had gone with a different site.

I really wanted to like this to sell artwork, unfortunately their customer service is piss-poor and extremely slow. They suspend your account without any notice as to why. Artwork that is “copyright” is so restrictive, yet other accounts could be selling actually franchise merchandise without being suspended. If they suspend your account you cannot get it reinstated so all of the artwork you took time in creating and uploading is gone. I’ve reached out to customer service for several days, going on a week now and it’s all bots, no one to actually talk to. The artist does not make a big profit during a sale. Just not a good company overall, very disappointed in the management of the app.

I search up Deaftone poster, and on the filter put “posters” and nothing comes up. Yet when i look it up on google magically it pops up??

I am a VERY casual, small-time artist really just here for fun. I love redbubble and I have been on the website for years. I love that the app has been revamped and feels a lot more connected to the site now (aka you can actually shop and not just favorite things for later). HOWEVER! Please, please, please make this app for artists to use too!!! I cannot edit my profile or manage my portfolio from the app. I wanted to change my bio from the app… I couldn’t. I had to do it through the website (and if you use redbubble often enough, you know the mobile site is a pain in the butt, which means I have to pull out my computer whenever I want to do anything other than shop on the site). Etsy has a great app for both managing your own shop and shopping from others. I would love for this feature to exist for redbubble too!! I would use it so much more!!!
