Coming from a donkey AI prime NON HD (the first LED they introduced), the ReefBeat app so far is a horror show. I can’t even change the time zone so I manually have to adjust it by a few hours. Yes, that is simple enough but why do I have to??? Oh.. and then it loses connection

The app has been crashing frequently for me

The app is basically unusable for me at this point (6/27/24). I will be making a YouTube video on how poor the design of the app is… these developers DO NOT CARE about their customers. Their lights, tanks and other equipment fails often. Take it from someone who’s grown massive acropora for over a decade… STEER CLEAR OF RED SEA! If you just bought this product and you are just setting it up, take this review as your sign to go return it immediately and get Aqua Illumination or even Ecotechs. Such a headache these have caused for me. Sure they grow corals, but only at the expense of your own sanity and wallet. Oh, and good luck getting ahold of someone in customer service when your tank depends on it. Just please don’t do it.

Have replaced 4 lights in the space of 4 years

Every time I try to connect it say go in reefbeat app and go to local network and turn on well guess what there is no where in the app to turn on local network if I could post pictures I would show or if I could post a video I would show it’s sad I have a Redsea reeefer 525xl a reefer 250 xl a c250 and now a reefer200 xl g2 4 Redsea tanks and can’t ever get customer service support

Notifications never work on iphone. I have them turned on in the app as well as iphone settings. I am missing important notifications. Everytime, have to open the reefbeat app to see if there are any.

Haven’t connectivity issues with the lights and the reef wave 45 I can’t get it to connect to the app to save my life. It keeps saying unknown problem

Don’t waste your money the software is imposible to connect 2024 they sell a device that cant work right

My ATO+ for my Reefer S1000 G2 does not work. Sensor keeps reading below water level. Making changes on the application does not make constant changes on the actual aquarium.

the reefled50 keeps disconnecting every day so i have to delete it from the app and reconnect it which takes 10-15 minutes EVERY DAY
