I do really like using Refocus and it did help me restrict my screen time! The only downside to it is you can’t get a lot out of the ‘free’ version of it and the Pro is very expensive. Now I do understand you can’t make everything free, but 3/4 of the app needs pro. And it makes it hard to use the app.

Without any payments, this is the way to go. There’s a setting to make you stop and breathe when you try to stop the blocking process. I think it’s pretty great. Useful for studying or trying to sleep without that need to check apps. I’m sure I’ve recommended it to multiple friends at this point. :)
