It's really good, have used the free version and it helped me so much to be aware

Estou usando para bloquear o Instagram, e serve perfeito para o meu propósito! Ele é todo em inglês, mas relativamente simples. Da para bloquear por determinado período de tempo e dias, tipo 00as12 das 13:30 as 19. Seg a Sexta. Gostei muito.

Helped to me focus on my school

aplicativo muito funcional, não falhou nenhuma vez, não tem anúncios e além de impedir o app de abrir também não mostra as notificações mas acho que deveria ter uma opção de bloqueio mais severa, onde não fosse tão fácil desbloquear, talvez colocando uma senha… e também um bloqueio mais severo ainda, onde só pode desbloquear depois do tempo estabelecido.

It’s a good app to keep you disciplined. My weekly average screen time is dropping.

I have ADHD. I use this to block anything that might distract me. It’s simple to use and if you try to unblock too many times, you have to pay. I love the mindfulness prompt included too. It’s been a game changer for me.

If it has extra features like blocking u from seeing comments or reels which are addictive that would make this app better! But it accomplishes its job
