It’s very frustrating when searching for items of clothing, then adding them to your basket and trying to check out to only find out at that point that it’s out of stock. There are always items listed for sale that are in fact out of stock also. I enjoy Reiss clothing but this puts me off shopping on the app.

The worst app ever, app shows the availability of the items but if you want to buy, change to sold out, waste of time !!!!!

I don’t rate the app as you can’t communicate direct!!!! You do not stock size 16 I. Store only on line. Most of us are menopausal with little patience for technology. You really need to change your market research from behind a desk and get out on the floor. Your shop advisors are also in agreement that you could make sooo many more sales from stocking a size 16 and not a 6!!! I am now retired with the means to shop but you make it impossible as I and a lot more are not a size 6. Please help your shop assistance sell your brand!!! Mrs busty frustrated!!!!!!!!
Terrible app
Worst app ever. Cannot select the alternative address for a return. Have to email separately even though alternative address is registered.
It’s almost so bad to navigate this app it’s as if it’s been done on purpose.
Delivery and tracking
Can’t track delivery because system is supposedly down and planned delivery merely shifts out one day to the next. There’s also no visible ability to query delivery progress!

Can’t share links to people without the app
If you want to share a link to something you find and like on the app, you can’t share it with your family and friends as it just sends a link to download the app. Can’t believe someone at Reiss thought that would be good customer experience. Trying to get people to download the app at the expense of good customer experience for your loyal app customers?

Awful, never been the same since the app has been updated and Next have taken over! Items are not in stock when you try to add them to your bag, then attempts to pay are not directed to the payment page, then when you return to your ‘bag’, items again unavailable. Not great for such a prestigious brand!
