The service always has delay and you always have to contact them a few times for payment ! World remit much much better ! Remit choice has a bit better rate but the service is terrible !

Worst money transfer company I have had opportunity to deal with. Constantly asking for compliance information even after it has been given. Exceedingly slow to send transfers where most companies can do it in seconds. Had to request refunds often because of slow transfers. Friends left waiting for funds to arrive either compliance holds or just plain slow. They had good exchange rates at the start but now are lower than other companies I deal with so no longer interested in persevering with them. Just waiting for last $25 transfer to be returned then I close the account. More peace to me😊🙏🏻

One of my transfer was delayed and I contacted to support team. A humble girl names Noor first apologise me. Then Noor escalated my transfer and it goes through within a minute. Excellent customer service by her. Great app to transfer money across borders.

Top notch service especially from Mahnoor, I had a problem contacted them and they readily agreed to help me out.

Remit choice company has links with the scammer. Whenever i had made any transaction with them, the scammer's immediately starts non stop calls. Theirs employee do leakages of the client's data. Due to theirs staff negligence I personally become victim . They intentionally delay the transaction . Its employees are not responsible and requesting more personal information. they are used to do delaying tactics. I don’t recommend it. I will score it 2/10.
