Amazing customer service and fast transactions times

Dealing with customer service can often be a headache, but my interaction with Mahnoor Nadeem was anything but that. They were incredibly helpful and resolved my issue promptly. Mahnoor was patient and took the time to understand my problem before offering a solution. They were polite, courteous, and made me feel valued as a customer. It’s clear that Mahnoor is dedicated to providing top-notch service, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome

Remit Choice do not and will not check the details ie the Telephone number and the Name if it correspondence, in terms of sending money to (Ghana) the phone number and the name should match otherwise your money will be transfer to the wrong person. This has happened to me and my money was transferred to the wrong person because I mistakenly put in a wrong phone number luckily for me my brother in Ghana works in the financial sector’s so he knew what to do to put hold on the money and ask MTN to send the money back and ask for a reversal code which Remit Choice will need to do the refund. This is taking over 1 and a half months for me to get my refund while Remit has received my money from zip pay God knows how much i have been emailing and calling them but I am yet to receive my refund So imagine you don’t know what to do you will lose your money completely to a stranger. I have learned my lesson from this bad experience hence I am only sending money through a Ghanian owned Transfer App because they check the details before transferring to the account.

The customer service you won’t want to encounter them with refund. They will yell and ignore you. They don’t care . No empathy, no professionalism. They even will ignore you in the middle of the chat and when you call they will be yelling at you . Everyone will want to tell you that you over reacting and your money is paid meanwhile agent reversed it . They won’t assist you . The customer service needs restructuring and training. They need to learn . I won’t advice anyone to download this app . I am still waiting for me money to be refunded

I’m quite shocked how long it takes for payments to go through, note my payment was £20 I understand big amounts may need to be checked just due to the digital age of fraud we live in. The dodgy thing was everytime I contacted customer service the status of my payment would change , it took over 24 hours just for £20 to go through and my 2nd customer service person was amazing and super helpful and chased and got the payment from processing - paid . Thank you Ehtisham your service is appreciated. It just worries me going forward do I always have to chase for my payment to go through, I think I’ll only use this app compared to tap tap and world remit if I’m truly desperate
