Great customer support

My transaction was pending for 4 days and after so many failed promises, one of the customer support agents named Henry helped me within 10 mins. Kudos Henry and keep up the great job

Payment Issue

I had a payment issue they hold my payment for verification but after verification they processed my money, all thanks to Noman Ishaq who helped me out from this matter.

Worst company

Take so long for the Receiver to receive the money. Their rate is good but the service is bad can take to receive the money.

Very good app and good rates overall. Needs to work on processing time for transfers as it takes ages sometimes and makes one panic. I recommend it

Execellent Service and timely resolution

Had an execlent experiance while using the App althought i made a mistake while using the app to trasfer and Remit choice team properly addressed it and make sure the transfer were done on timely manner. and they follow up well to ensure satisfaction.
