Honestly at first I wasn’t to fond of this app because my experience wasn’t good from the beginning but once I called customer service and had them verify my account it was easy peasy from there and I definitely love it

So they recently just suspended my account for absolutely no reason and I tried calling can’s emailing the customer service about it and they could not even give me an explanation or anything as to why my account was suspended and I have been on remitly for almost 2 years now so I really did not understand that and I hope everyone else has a better experience than I did with these guys because I honestly was not expecting that after being a loyal customer with them for so long so I hope everyone else has a better experience than I did and maybe even let me know if the same thing might have happened to them recently

I mean , developed a app has to be really hard. But you don’t deliver what you promise, I made 2 transfers today and 1 of those will take 3 days is insane because if I should’ve done with example western union it would’ve been instantly available for the recipient, I also made other , well it’s says it would be available in 30 minute , well when i finished guess what, 3 hours is a lot of time , it doesn’t worth it

We used Remitly for a few years, and we were satisfied. But they have changed. They keep demanding information from us, despite our use of their services for years. And no matter how often you try to meet their demands, you can’t satisfy them. If you call, you are connected with a call center employee who can barely speak English. Remitly will take your money and give a delivery date, but that date is false. The recipient does not get the money. The sender doesn’t get a refund, even after Remitly says a transaction is cancelled. Remitly is now engaging in the same practices as most fraudulent companies engage in. Right now, they are holding $55,056 of my money they won’t deliver or return.

Ever since I made a decision to use Remitly, it hasn’t only made the transfers so seamless but delivery time is shorter than expected. Thank you Remitly team, am more than grateful
