With the reset app, I love having Jenna as a mentor as she is body, mind and fitness goals! The reset app workouts are FIRE 🔥 and have me sore for days. Better yet, the recipes show you can still enjoy great food while eating healthy! Would recommend 👏🏾 (though slightly costly which is why I haven’t given the full 5 ⭐️)
Payed 60€ for an app. That isn’t helpful at all. If you want to do a workout you can’t go forward to the next exercise, even if the time has run up. What a waste of money for an app that just stuck on the first exercise. For weeks it also says instructions are following to explain how the exercise works. Sorry but won’t recommend this app at all.
The app is amazing, either the workouts as well as the recipes. I already can see changes on my body and mentally I feel awesome! I can highly recommend it!
