Best App ever

I’m in South Africa and I’m enjoying the reset app. It’s making my fitness journey more fun & structured. Not being able to switch up programmes every now & then has its advantages & disadvantages. It forces you to finish what you started 😆. I’m a fan and thanks Jenna for the black Friday deal 🤗🤗🙏.

For a while I've been feeling like I needed a change. I've been following Jenna and watching her vibe on her bike and following all her workout videos and honestly, I couldn't resist. So I downloaded the app which is super easy it use, signed up for the dirty 30 challenge and have been completely blown away🤩 There a different programmes inside the app to choose from. Hell, there are workouts for target areas too👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 whatever you looking for, Reset has it. It’s loaded with a wide variety of meal options for all meal times and what I love is that Jenna keeps it real. Always spicing things up from the workouts to the meals. I'm here for it🦵🏽💪🏽🏋️‍♀️🥇
