We've made it easy for you to access these exercises by putting them into your phone and making them beautiful :)
Just one minute of Resonance breathing can help you feel calmer, focused, and ready for sleep.
SYNC ACCROSS DEVICES
On first open of the app you will be asked to create an account with Resonance.
This allows you to seamlessly sync your session progress across devices.
MORE INFORMATION
The app uses background audio so that you can continue your session with your eyes closed and phone locked.
SUBSCRIPTION TERMS:
A subscription purchase will be charged to the payment method that is linked to your Apple ID. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled within 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can cancel anytime from your Account settings within the app or through your Apple ID. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription.
