Reward Card

I am expecting a text to proceed with the transaction, I filled up all the information correctly, gave the right number selected the prefix, nothing is coming, when the miles returned and applied again, there are 3 dollars missing. Time limited is quite short. Text code never arrived.

What is the problem with your system? Is your system down? 2 days now i’m trying to log in but i can’t connect.

This rule wasn’t apparent when applied for the card, wondering why put restrictions on such a product. The first version of the card was unusable nor this one.

Kindly fix the problem with this app! Every time I attempt to log in and try to access my app, it doesn’t open and keeps repeating failed log in attempts. I need to access my account to check my miles. There’s no other way to check and redeem my miles. Thanks

Card holder data collection form is resetting with all fields going blank when I’m selecting the country of residence. Fix the app

Virtual card generated without cvv. Unable to use it. Utter failure system. Very disappointed

I always type a correct password but always unsuccessful. I hate it.

I enter my user and password then it asks for face ID i enable it but it goes into loop mode When I reinstall i press no for face ID and the no button does not work!! The App freezes.

Simple with very limited uses

I cannot get passed the login for the app - each time I enter the code, the notice ‘user service failed’ appears. When I try to register for the card online, the OTP that’s meant to be sent to my phone never appears. There is noway you can get the card to spend your points - how convenient! Difficult communication process to resolve.
