Reward Card

There is no information how to convert point in to virtual card and what will be amount against 1 reward point

It has been more than 7 days and card is not issued.

Its always saying Service currently not available. Please try again later. I dont whats wrong with it Please fix it as soon as possible.

Try to call customer support however it could never go through.

App is not working at all, I was able to login earlier but now from last 3-4 days not able to login in the system. Not sure what is going on in the background and what is the exact reason of it’s not working.

The card doesn’t work at most of the merchants in India. Have struggled to use and in the process lost several points. The validity is also for a few days and it is not possible to top up if there are points unused points without unloading the card. Overall has been very painful for me so far. Should give a card in local currency and from a local bank.

My account shows disabled and wanted me to email to reinstate, I email Etihad guest who wants me to email reward support and I am still waiting for a response. Very time consuming process

I can’t login

Not user friendly and highly disappointed

Its not allowing me to login. There is some fraudulent acitivity text while same credentials work on web.
