Ria Money Transfer: Send Cash

Yo necesito la cuenta para enviar a mis familiares y me bloquearon y ahora yo no puedo entrar. No sé qué hacer si pueden ayudar por favor

Pasaron casi 4 días y el dinero no llegaba, y cuando cancelé la transacción tardaron otros 4 días en devolverme el dinero. Malísima experiencia con esta aplicación, no la recomiendo para nadaaaaa🙄🙄

Para mi es super y facil enviar dinero a mi familia!

My first transactions were great, money delivered within minutes, now takes days to be done, the worst parts is that they take the money from or accounts and hold it for to much time, when we send money it’s because the other half needs it asap, and not when ever this app wants to deliver it, now they can’t say it is like that, because at first was very fast then it’s started to take for ever, and for the refund same thing takes for ever to see ur money back in ur account, totally not recommending this app

I was recommended to use RIA by family and friends to transfer money to Vietnam to pay someone who promised good and services to help my family member start a karaoke shop. After I transferred the money, the goods were never delivered. I told RIA about it, and they did nothing to help me. Ask for a refund and they told me all money transfer was final. Should had contacted me when I transfer a large sum of money prior to sending it. I had to report what happened to somewhere else to get my money back. Do not use them if you need a service that protects the customer first and not the people receiving the money!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ria has deactivated my account for no reason. Also Ria blocked me from opening a new account.

I wanted to send money to Peru to my own bank account there. They canceled the transfer and told me that they were going to refund the money, but the money has not been refunded to me. I'm very worried because it's money I obviously need. I hope you will provide me with a solution as soon as possible.
