Fair keeps increasing during booking process
My “refund” is just credit so I can’t use my money unless I book another trip from them.
Earlier this month I booked for 5 travelers. 1 traveler could not make it so I wanted to cancel 1. Their process is to cancel the booking and rebook. I wanted to do the right thing and let them know I wouldn’t be using a seat so I canceled all 5. FYI you don’t get a refund. It goes in your wallet were you can use it later. When I rebooked 4 travelers the total was $110 more for 4 travelers. This is ridiculous I thought they would honor original price. As it’s their policy to cancel booking. I will never use them again. We travel by bus as a family often and never encountered this. So disappointed!!

I spent 4 hours on Wednesday to do reservation, could not get through my account, today I finally made reservation add so a guest and ended up paying $5:00 more
So I purchased 4 tickets from NYC to Philly, got the order confirmation and QR code, but didn’t receive the email confirmation of E tickets. I went back to the web page and realized the confirmation was as sent to an email unbeknownst to me! How could that have happened?! Not in all my 20+ years of shopping online has this ever happened—a purchase confirmation (e-tickets too!) was sent to a total stranger, with all four of our names, phone numbers and links to cancel/reschedule tickets etc! Contacted the rep and was told it could be a tech glitch. I’m speechless.
Passes doesn’t work on the app. Never shows up when I purchase a ticket. Fix
Last minute cancellation due to driver calling in sick. This is a supposedly big company they cannot be canceling trips because driver called in sick.
They canceled my ride last minute, no notice, i realized it because i checked my bank account and i saw a pending transaction for the cancelation. I needed to find another transportation and because it was last minute the price was literally 4x more expensive.
