Considerations
Been playing this game around 4 years now, patient and everyday playing will not beat players who spend money in this game. Understand that creator needs to get money for better new game or anything else, but need to consider players who try with best effort to play this game everyday and then just get burn by new players who spend money.
Too much money needed and bad customer service reply
That is natural actually, but recently the game really focus to spenders, if it is continue like this, non spenders or lite spender like me, will leave the game, at the end it will be not good for onemt as well, so i hope onemt can make the game more balance And if you have something to ask, like game bug, then you can feel very lucky if they answer you :)
