The game is not opening what is going on I can’t access the game from my iPhone 13 Pro Max and gives errors and I can access it from old phone iPhone 8 what is going on I wrote from both phones and really it is useless after 7 years playing and now this issue

This game becomes totally for spenders and no more fun for normal players. When you contact the support team about anything they never help or even listen to you. They treat you badly which I can’t understand how a support team act this way!! Their matching system for Legendary Overlord War is totally unfair and they always put very strong kingdoms against weak kingdoms so strong win because they spend money and weak don’t spend. On titans war was also the same the matching was so so badly with ZERO fun for over a month. All the new events is about spending money now and if they make free events the prizes is not worth the time consuming to do the events.

خواني انا نزلت لعبه والعبها من سنتين يمكن او اكثر ودافع فيها فلوس ما يقارب 50 الف درهم يعني بدولار 15الف دولار عشان اصبح الملك واكون الاقوى قامت الاداره بحظري بعد ما صرت قوي لانه كنت اقتل الجنود وعشان ما تخسرهم الاداره ويروحو لاعبين من لعبه حظروني لانه في وحده تصفرت وقالو انا الي مصفرها داخل حسابها وانا مالي ذنب في الموضوع عشان الاداره مصادقه كم عضو في لعبه ما تسمع للباقين تسمع لهاذول صح غلط هم صح وانت الغلط قلت لهم ارسلو لي لاثبات رفضو دليل رفضو عشان ما يخسرو الاعضاء كان في البدايه تخيلو يهددو انه ما اقتل احد في لعبه تخيلو من الاداره هل هذا صحيح من لعبه هل هاذي لعبة حرب صراحه لعبة جيده بس ادارة سيئة للغايه للغايه للغايه وظلم وحقك ما تحصله الاجنبي تمشي كلمته تخيلو الي في المملكه يقولي بخبر واحد اسمه جيم صديقه من الاداره قالي بتجيني تترجاني لانك تقتلهم اتمنى محد ينزل لعبه لانه فيها نصب واحتيال واخذ الحسابات على كيفهم الي يريدونه بيخلوه والي ما يريدونه بيطلعوه نصيحه من اخوكم اتمنى من الابل اخذ هاذي رساله بعين الاعتبار لا يمكن لعب وهدر الاموال وتذهب بدون سبب وشكرا لكم
