Cannot delete account

There is nothing near me that uses this app and I cannot delete it as I apparently need to go through the “help” to contact Ritual rather than being able to do this on my own

Perfect for those who hate people.

If you are someone like me who pretty much reviles everyone when out and about then this app is brilliant. I used it to jump the queue at my local Tortilla and saved around 10-15 minutes in the process. It’s very easy to set up and makes lunchtime walks enjoyable again. Thanks!

Cannot order

I wrote before and I got a response saying go to in app support for more information to help.I went through the app and cannot find any support to give more information.Is it worth me having the app if I have to go through all of my details to place my order

Not getting any verification code, can’t use the app...

I have tried to delete the app from my phon

And it keeps reappearing !!!!

Not worth it

I had £20 credit from using the app a lot for my lunch everyday and building up my points. Then an app update changed the rules and now the credit has been reduced to £12. Contacted support but they would not honour my previous credit amount 👎
