It’s unbelievable how slow is this app! I can’t find any reasonable explanation for this technical issue! You are selling high priced items which are successfully sold out fast enough to make you want upgrade your company app.. it has been 3 years since I have got this app and yet it is still bad and slow

خدمة سيئة جدا خدمة العملاء قدمت طلب ترجيع المقاس خاطئ من ٣ اسابيع بعد بساعات من استلام شحنة و لهلا مندوب شحن لم يأتي ل استلام شحنة و لما تواصلت معهم قدو طلب ردوا و مع هيك لم يأتي مندوب شحن و هلا ما بردوا أصلا

I have been trying to contact Riva for a week now to return an item after requesting to return the item through their app. No one contacted me so far and they are not answering through any of their channels, WhatsApp support is not working, customer service on their website is useless and they are not answering my emails. I’m also trying to call them directly but they always give the same message that all their customer service agents are busy! Very bad experience 😔

Time of shipment is indicated only after paying…. And it is much longer than mentioned in the FAQ. In this case the delivery will be after my flight…!

Have been a customer since they first opened in the uae and have started shopping through the app in around 4 years ago. They recently changed how you can exchange items so it’s not possible through the app ( I had previously returned twice with no problems) . tried to contact them repeatedly through the app , on the phone and through WhatsApp by that time the 14 days of return expired . If as a customer you make my shopping experience so complicated I will go to other vendors . This might have been on purpose to deter returns but the genius who came up with it has gotten it all wrong and the company will lose a customer over 200 dhs .
