The returning service in this application is completely awful, reflecting the supplier’s priorities in what should be addressed first and what is deemed least important. When purchasing through Visa online, all orders are processed immediately, often with delivery the next day or even the same day. However, when opting for cash on delivery, the order can take up to a week to be delivered. Currently, it’s been a week and a half since I requested a return. Although the return was approved, I have not received any update on when the item will be picked up, and consequently, my refund has not been processed. This clearly demonstrates the seller’s priorities when it comes to payment methods and their disregard for customer rights.

What a disappointment! Trying to support local businesses in Kuwait, I downloaded and tried to place an order for over 20 items. Upon checkout, I received the message that one item is not available,so I deleted the item and tried checking out again only for the same thing to happen. Each time I deleted the item “not in stock “ and attempted to check out again . I repeated about 15 times until there was only 4 or 5 items left in my cart, then gave up in disgust. Not sure if this is an inventory problem or an app issue or both, but I can’t be bothered to deal with this degree of incompetence. Update May, 2024 - I originally gave this app one star because it simply didn’t work. A few months ago I received notice that the issues had been resolved, so I gave it another try and I’m happy to report that the app is now functioning well. I’ve ordered several times and the items have always arrived within a few days. The app is not perfect though - when requesting a return, you’re given a return number with a link that says “Return Instructions “ but the link doesn’t work so should be removed or fixed. A couple of tips - always request a refund to your original payment method instead of the app’s “wallet” because it sometimes takes days for the item(s) to be picked up and then more days before the refund appears in the wallet. Also, if you go to a physical Riva store and items are not available in your size, they will place an order for you and it’s delivered free! I have found the store staff to be knowledgeable and friendly, for the most part, but some need training on the app - one employee did not know how to scan my receipt for an in store purchase so it would appear in the app under my purchases. I’m happy to support a local non zio*nist clothing store business and hope they will soon start a loyalty program to reward frequent buyers.

Using the app is useless. Orders not delivered and there is no working way to contact customer service.

يجب تحسين الابلكيشن، جدا جدا جدا بطيء عند التنقل من لبس الى لبس اخر او عند اختيار ايقونة المفضله بطيء جداً ياخذ وقت كبير عند التسوق و خاصية البحث سيئه جداً نكتب شيء و يطلع شيء اخر The application is very slow and bad, it is not fast when you want to add any item to the favorite, also it takes too much time to go from item to another, and the search results are not related to what we look for.

My card was charged 3 times and never got a refund despite chasing multiple times.

Can you please , make more shoes for bigger feet , from size 42 and above 🙏
