I bought a shoes for my son and their sizes are different and when I wanted to exchange them I found it was marked as no return or exchange! And customer service is completely with no response. The phone number is not Saudi too. WhatsApp is useless bot. First time to try and last time too. DONT USE IN SAUDI ARABIA PLEASE THIS IS CONSIDERED AS SCAM.

they will never deliver the items on time and also the costumer care they have no answer for any issue only they will keep u wait 24H ! and also u will face issue in returning the money since they will not return the money if the item not received back in there warehouse! even u dont know where the order or u even receive it !! not recommended at all

Very much disappointed on how the customer service handles complaints. Instead of resolving the issue, they just automatically refunded my payment instead of delivering the item that I ordered.

Delay in delivering the packages, no update on the app just still showing under processing. This is the worst experience for online shopping So they delivered the items the. Worst quality and then I requested for a refund they generated the pickup request then your delivery men keep postponing the pickup every now and then like am working for him I had to adjust to him by leaving the package by the security and now the package is sitting in the security for 4 days I keep calling the number is is telling me he is coming but never shows up This is very bad and disappointing

طلبت فستان عليه ترجيع بمبلغ كبير و بعد ما رجعت (وكان طلب الترجيع بيوم الاستلام) جا مندوب اخذ الطلبية بعدها باكثر من اسبوع ارسلوا ايميل برفض طلب الترجيع بدون سبب !!!! لا حصلت الفستان ولا المبلغ❌❌❌ غير كذا اذا تواصلت معهم يعطيك رد الي مو سلس ابد لو فيه اقل من نجمه عطيتهم 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

موقع فاشل جدًا، تأخر مو طبيعي بتوصيل المنتجات لو من اقصى الشرق أو اقصى الغرب كان وصلت، وخدمة عملاء سراب أول وآخر تجربة 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

تطبيق فاشل جداً ودائماً لا يوجد شخص للتواصل معه في خدمة العملاء ولا يوجد اي ميزات في التطبيق .. طلبت حذاء ووصلني بشكل مختلف وجودة رديئة جداً بالاضافه إلى ان مقاس كل رجل مختلف عن الاخرى! طلبت استرداد الحذاء عن طريق التطبيق .. اخذ المندوب الحذاء مثل ما استلمته انا بالضبط.. استلموا الحذاء ولم يصلني اي مبلغ لا على حسابي ولا على محفظة الموقع !! مرت اكثر من شهرين وانا انتظر واتواصل معهم ولا احد يستجيب وانتهى ذلك بحذف التطبيق الفاشل..
