Rocketbook App

I love Rocketbook. It’s a great tool but when logged in on a 2nd device I cannot access the scans from the 1st device, nor are the settings the same. I scanned 2 documents and set up my “Destinations” on my iPhone and when I logged in on my iPad they were not there. It would be much better if when logged it, it was the same on all devices.

It’s actually easy to scan and collect notes. I love that I can save my notes as a PDF also. Never had any crashes or errors. The app even works off-line, which is a plus for me. At least for when I scan notes. You’re gonna need some kind of Wi-Fi for airdropping to your devices.

I love this little unlimited notepad! I’m using the Rocketbook Fusion and it is fantastic. For years, I’ve been typing notes and reminders on phone/ tablet apps, but there are limits to that. I like to sketch out ideas and doodle as I think, so I have been missing “putting pen to paper” as I go through the day. With this notepad, I can do that, scan what is worth keeping, save it to my device, and quickly erase the sheet of paper. No more paper clutter and notepads all over the place. I have a never ending supply of fresh paper with just this one little notepad. The side benefits are that it is helping me spend less time on my devices, decreasing my electronic “distractions” and helping me stay focused. Rocketbook brings the best of “Old School” and Technology together to increase productivity and decrease clutter and waste. Well done!

Every other scam fails to send on the first try. If I delete the scam, re-scan, then re-send, it usually works the second time. Sometimes it requires 3 tries.

The app works fairly well, although it’s not always as intuitive as it could be. The biggest issue is that the Smart List feature does not work at all. I was told by customer support that they are aware that it’s been an issue since the last update (which was two weeks ago). Customer service seems slow to respond as they only use emails, and there’s no way to call or get immediate help desk chat assistance. I was told that they would get back to me when Smart Lists were working again, but it’s been several days. I want this to work, but it’s not great so far.

I’ve had two rocket pads for a while. I thought it would be convenient as I am a teacher. It does not scan all the pages. Only some. Tech support is TERRIBLE!!!! Days before they get back to you and all they say is clean the lens. Garbage.

Didn’t realize how badly I needed this till I saw a friend using it. This is the best alternative to a tablet for taking digital handwritten notes

Horrible performance and OneNote sync issues. Dismal OCR on notes compared to other OCR apps including iOS OCR. Can’t believe I wasted money at this. Good thing it was an orange online store, the notebook is on its way back for a refund.

I really like the Rocketbook planners, notebooks, stickies, and app. Recently the app has been crashing when I scan calendar pages that go together. Back to five stars when this is fixed!
