Rocketbook App

App crashes after the update please fix the bug for iphone 7 pus

Hi the notebook is great but the app fails to open fo iphone xr ios 15.2. Any fixes for these? I get the welcome logo screen then the app just crashes to the ios home screen. Please help me on this.

I updated my app and now I can’t even open it. I’ve looked for ways to troubleshoot- your help center isn’t particularly helpful. Had to delete my app and all my scans with it, just to reload. I managed to load it again but when I started saving destinations, it froze again. I’m back to square one - app won’t load again. Very happy with the notebook but your app has become troublesome. Please fix.

Integration with OneNote used to be seamless. Got an error message recently and decided to remove and reconfigure OneNote as destination. I am unable to complete the process now.

I love that it can send scans directly to my one note! feature requests for more coolness 1. export as a vector powerpoint slide 2. integrate with blackboards, too!

the app works amazingly and is very convenient. the only problem i have with it though is when i turn the flash on when scanning a page, the app crashes..

I am so satisfied with this product! Feel bad that I gave away my rocketbook wave but am sure the recipient is very happy too!

Lovely app and useful

I love Rocketbook. It’s a great tool but when logged in on a 2nd device I cannot access the scans from the 1st device, nor are the settings the same. I scanned 2 documents and set up my “Destinations” on my iPhone and when I logged in on my iPad they were not there. It would be much better if when logged it, it was the same on all devices.

It’s actually easy to scan and collect notes. I love that I can save my notes as a PDF also. Never had any crashes or errors. The app even works off-line, which is a plus for me. At least for when I scan notes. You’re gonna need some kind of Wi-Fi for airdropping to your devices.
