Their withdrawal is too slow!!!!!

This new latest version sucks… it keeps hanging!

I made a withdrawal since the 6th of June, 2024 but up till today, my money hasn’t dropped. I have contacted the customer care several times, provided my bank statement of accounts several times but to no avail. They keep telling me to exercise patience that the technical team has been informed. I’m already tired!😡

This is the worst app I ever downloaded for transaction and I regret it 1000%, I made a transfer on October and up till today I haven’t been refunded or delivered the btc to the address. I’ve complained several times but keep saying I should be patient but no solution to the issue and how do expect me to recommend it to others without being hold responsible for their loss

I was just logged out from my account after I created a raven account and transferred money from my raven acct to my Roqqu and now they don’t even send email to confirm my account or anything. This is really bad and my account won’t login again. Please work on this, I need my money

This your new update is not working on my device no more . You are too focus on UI/UX than giving good customer services.

Your new update has so many glitches, hangs so much. It’s so so bad. I’m struggling to use the app

Why update your app when it won’t make it fibrin well, the recent update just crashed the app, it won’t open again. I would not even dare update the app if not that you guys made it compulsory, and now I can’t access my wallet again. Fix this asap
