To get started

If you have a UBA account, select Sign-up and register as a new user by choosing from any of the options below:
1. UBA Debit/Prepaid Card
2. UBA Secure Pass
3. USSD PIN
4. Activation Code Only (limited access)
5. In-branch activation

If you do not have a UBA account
1. Click the menu on the top-left corner of your app
2. Select "Open an Account"
3. Choose your preferred account type
4. Fill in your details and your account number will be sent to you via SMS
5. Conclude your signup process
6. Start Banking

No OTP

OTP doesn’t get sent, even though I have complained tirelessly to UBA bank.

Unable to transfer

I can't transfer my money from the app. After talking to customer care on social media still the same issue.its frustrating.

Very poor app

This app keeps on telling me I’m logged in when I’m not . I’ve deleted the app and reloaded it several times but its hit and miss as to when it allows me to log in or when it tells me that I’m already logged in even when I’m not. It it’s not that error message it’s another one telling me that the connection is down and I should try later !! Very frustrating.

Unreliable

I can’t log into my account. It’s saying login by another device which I don’t know about. I sent a message to UBA but no response till none. It’s been 4 days and I need to make a transaction ASAP. Please fix this

Unreliable

I have gone 5 days now without access to my account. And yes still counting, because it’s saying I’m logged in when I’m not. UBA IT is unable to fix it even….This has got to be the worse app ever!

This app need to be updated as it has lots of bugs. Fix this.

This app is very good. But the UBA Secure Pass app for OTP is not working on IOS. Please can it be updated?
