RoutineFlow Reviews

Love this app. Press pause at your own forgetting risk risk😝

Love this app. It makes me remember to take my meds and get all those morning / night things done. I have really bad brain fog and fatigue so this helps to keep me on track. Unless I press pause and forget to come back 😅 I’m fixing bad review as I got kicked off app but it’s been fixed 🥳🥳🥳 Edit: no one can do anything when servers are down. Dev is not to blame 😆

Only lets you pay yearly not monthly

Which is a real pain so I went with a different app that wasn’t as good but had better payment options.

Beware! Charges without consent.

I would have left a review about the app if it hadn’t charged me the annual subscription without consent, within the free trial period.

I love this app, but I’m confused as it says on App Store £3:49 but then in the app it says £8.99? What is going on here?

Super good app - keeps me on task, super easy to use. Overall just brill. One thing tho - would be even better with Apple Watch compatibility so you can track your routine from your watch too

No sound and bad customer service

Not met my needs on

United Kingdom

I purchased the pro version a month ago mainly because I wanted and needed sounds at the end of each task otherwise I’d be checking my phone all the time. There is no sound half way through or 30 sec before the end. I was firstly told that updates would filter through at one point, no idea when and then that it was there and it was my fault for not having the sound up. My last email explaining that there really was no sound and when could I expect it had been met with silence. I also asked for a refund given my needs for buying it have not been met. The app has some potential but not for my needs. Atomic Habits is much more professional

Good app…but

I love the app. But, it deleted my progress and asked for payment despite an existing subscription. The developer is unresponsive to my emails so unsure how I can fix this. The main feature of this app is great but the Analytics are lacking. Which is why it’s great that this app is £3 per month. It pairs with a habit tracker well. Not keen on the recent increase to £60 per year.

Life changing!

It’s been 4 days since I started using RoutineFlow and I love it! I was recommended this app by my psychologist when discussing my ADHD symptoms. One of my main challenge was I was waking up late every day and rushing to the shower to get ready and enter my remote work meeting 5 minutes late. Every morning felt chaotic and repeating the same thing everyday was demoralising. Once I started RoutineFlow, I started waking up an hour early, finding time to have breakfast, shower peacefully and attend my work meeting on time. I’m also more organised now. For example, I now made a routine that I start at the end of my workday to tidy up my desk and pick out clothes for the next day. I think what really works for me in this app is the audio and visual reminders. Once I start a routine, I can see how much time has passed and how much time is left in the form of a large progress bar (this is useful because I can see the progress bar when without my glasses when taking a shower). The app also gives audio reminders when a step is halfway done and when there is 30 seconds remaining. My wish from the developer is to allow me to configure the audio reminder so that I can set it to a pre configured value, because I feel 30 seconds is too little time. The other thing is that the voice is the old robotic voice which sounds very unnatural. It would be really nice if it had a more realistic voice or even the voice from Siri. Finally, the daily streaks and insights view adds a level of gamification that really seems to help me. I’m obsessed with creating new routines and tracking them in the app!

Very good
