I had no idea how much time I was wasting and why I wasn’t getting the things I wanted done until I started routine flow. I was just so easily distracted, had no structure and just did whatever I thought of at the time. Since using Routine Flow In two hours in the morning I set myself up for the rest of the day. I feel less stressed and have more time. An evening routine sets me up for a better sleep and for the next day.

Very great way to implement the habit stacking strategy
I love this app. I think I downloaded the app sometime after I read Atomic Habits by James Clear and my timing could not be any better.
The app really helps with habit stacking (read the book or search on Google to learn more) and by utilising this app I have now completed my morning routine successfully for more than 2 weeks. This is unheard of for me!
Many tasks take less than a minute
Please add seconds in so we can get genuinely faster & more accurate on tasks such as cooking, cleaning, tidying & restocking around the house! I’ve found another app that offers this & am looking to make the switch if I don’t see an update soon. I’ll share the name of the other app in another review here in 2 weeks for everyone to follow suit if there’s no change.
