Very fast and done with ease brilliant
Trying to reset online banking details and need to move to emails to retrieve information. The app resets everything you’d already completed and closes the form down forcing you to start again. Not very user friendly
The “latest statement from your bank” notifications are so insufferable because I dont need to be having a giant red icon on my phones homepage constantly just for a bank update i don’t care for. But at the same time i cant turn notifications off because i like to know when moneys been spent, so now you have me stuck between wanting to turn off notifications because of that ridiculous, obnoxious “latest statements” notification you decided to randomly cram down our throats one day. A mess. I’m going to just turn notifications off because you haven’t given us any other options regarding what notifications we actually want so thanks for making this app more difficult than it needs to be and for wasting my time.
ATM locator does not show the Tesco bank ATMs, which are the only ones easily available after all the branch closures.
I have been using the app a great deal lately. I am getting first class service.
Great app find it very useful, until it wants to do biometric then 9 times out of 10 it doesn’t work, then it’ll just block your account. Drives me insane!

Hello, I am so surprised that this app has a 5 star rating. The amount of time I waste having to process the most simple requests that you expect from a bank app, it takes so long, and is so unintuitive Everything results in speaking to Cora which is horrendous. If you want to speak to a real person it takes over an hour. This app needs to be better and the customer service i.e. ability to speak to a human needs to be better - if you want to make that you can’t call anyone. I bank with revolute and Monzo, both apps are far better, and in the unlikely occurrence that I can’t get what I want, I can speak to a human in minutes. An example: I am 25mins trying to find the benefits I get with my credit card, this should take a couple of mins. It’s taken me outside of the app and I still haven’t found Another example: I need a statement for my savings account, to get one dated within the last three months, I have had to use the Cora chat function, then request, then it’s takes 24hours for RBS to send to inbox. This should take 30 seconds. Getting a custom bank statement should be a built in feature. Looking at the statements section it only offer one from Sep 24
FYI the premier version of the iOS app icon has a white space on the right side of the app
