RTA Le Pass

You literally can’t buy tickets as it won’t allow you to get past entering a phone number, tried both UK and NZ numbers.

As others have said, yet clearly ignored, telephone number isn’t accepted so app impossible to use

Pretty useless. Can’t register my uk phone number, enter the details and press next, ticker appears for a second then nothing same page. No error

Will not allow me to input my phone number or anyone else’s so can’t even use it

Now need to wait 24 hours to get Le Pass because it kept cycling back to input mobile number. Garbage app.

What a bad app. I purchased a pass and then a friend of mine used my telephone number to connect (he has a foreign phone with no connection). He purchased a pass and then my pass disappeared from my phone. He had to buy another one! Would not have bothered if we could tap to pay on the streetcar.

No international phone number support, discrimatory against tourists 🙁

The JP bus service has to be one of the worst public transit system. The live tracking doesn’t report live bus times. The times reported a random with cancellations at any time. Avoid at any cost.

Downloaded this app for my upcoming trip to New Orleans. Coming from the UK I wanted to have everything working before I arrived. Opened the app on installation and entered my phone number to “join”….. clicked next and nothing…. Clicked next again…. Nothing…. Clicked next a few more times and now it tells me too many requests were made to my number and I have to wait 24hrs before joining again. UTTER UTTER GARBAGE!!! Don’t waste your time. If I could leave no stars or minus stars I would!!!

You need to enter your phone number to purchase a ticket, but after entering it nothing happens and you can’t proceed any further. Madness that no one involved has sorted this 🤣
