Could be better
Fairly straightforward to use when in your home country. Less so if you’re not and you have no access to WiFi etc. Wish they would add different currencies to the app rather than just US$, the website offers them all. Please change this!
A travel app needs to be traveller friendly
The emails suggest you get better service from using the app, so once travelling, I gave it a go and downloaded it, in the hope of using it to request an earlier check-in, as the app seemed to be the only way. But it needed verification by sms only, and overseas, my phone takes some but not all SMSs, and this wasn’t one that it accepted. In any case, we have eSIMs and wifi when travelling overseas these days, so if you are going to use two factor authentication then have an email option. It doesn’t have it. So I can’t get past the Home Screen and can’t use the app. 2 stars as I can’t say it’s a terroble app, without being able to use it, but no one here is thinking of the user experience.
Crashing
App crashes anytime I try to choose a place to stay in.

I have found it very difficult to identify myself. Have provided driving license and photos but it keeps reverting me to start all over again. I am only staying one night and it’s taken me 5 hours so far!!
NOLA break
Great location, clean and well set up 3 bed apartment. Great to have washing machine/dryer. Fantastic cocktails at the Dovetail in the lobby. Oh and the beds are amazing - really comfortable and great linen. Only niggles was that walls are pretty thin so you can hear people above snoring, getting up etc. didn’t bother me too much to be honest. Roof top pool is tiny but still nice spot to hang out when the sun was out

Number of bugs in app and website
I’ve had a variety of bugs / issues over the past with both the app and website. Inability to get through to payment page, login errors (not u/n or pw related), unable to see future stats in app… it’s a problem for a company that hands over so much process to tech rather than humans… has ended up with me on the phone to customer support, which kinda defeats the value prop here
