Music disappeared

Where did music disappear in the app? There are no music at all.

Great running company, but now doesn't start, keep crashing

Since the new IOS update, the app doesn't start

on my apple watch watch when i start the app it doesn’t tell me what to do during my workout so i have to keep watching my watch. is there a solution for this?

I was using it, but now there is no free access(with ads or smth), only premium... deleted. Never use it again

dissapointed

I am very disappointed and expect you to take immediate action. I downloaded your application ( Weight Loss Running) , although i didn’t register, didn’t gave my data. At the time I didn’t see that i have to pay for this application . I deleted your app at the same day, because i realised i won’t use it. After a week i got a text from my bank that the itunes charged 15.290 HUF from my bank account. I was shocked because as i can remember i didn’t accept anything about the money. I downloaded the app again to look for there answer, but i didn’t find anything about this. In short I would be grateful if You could return my money. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Subscription renewal

My only problem with the app that although it sends a notification each hour to drink water, it didn’t remind me that my yearly subscrition renewal date is approaching and I didn’t have the chance to unsubscribe, the money was automatically withdrawn from my credit card. I only found how to cancel my membership in the FAQ part, it is not easy to find. I understand that they want money but I find this shady approach quite questionnable. If someone subscribes for a whole year, they may not remember the date that they paid for the app and you should have the decency to ask if one wants to pay for you for another 12 months.

Cancellation

I would like to cancell registtation and payment as well, but I do not find how?

Disappointed

I tried the app without registering, loved it, then registered and all the workouts had gone. I’m really disappointed, I thought that those workouts will stay on the app after creating an account. Besides that, the app is really good.
