Date of birth option when creating an account default’s to today. Can’t change it…

I have tried multiple times to get this app to work, off and on over at least a 1 yr period. It just won’t. No I can’t even create an account. Get the parameters error.

Don’t say phone number and email is optional then require it to set up account. Blah!!!

When I create an account, my virtual keyboard covers the “next” button at the bottom of the screen. After entering my phone number, I can’t close the keyboard and get to the next button to proceed or otherwise submit the form… so… no account for me I guess?

It pains me to write this because I love Runza a lot. But the app is garbage which requires excessive clicking and is super unintuitive. Then, when you finally get to checkout, it is plagued with errors. Login errors, cart errors. And once you get the error once, don’t bother trying again. My cart is loaded with items I can’t remove from failed attempts at eating at Runza.

First off, I love Runza. I’m a longtime fan and a frequent customer. Great food, great service, and I love that it’s ours. That it’s local. As for the app, it’s actually pretty good. Except for the fact that you can’t pickup your order in the drive-thru. Something that’s incredibly common in other apps of the fast food variety. When asked about the lack of a drive-thru option they said this: “With our frequent long drive thru lines, ordering on the app prior to arriving at the store and grabbing the order from the front counter is the best way we can help customers save time. If you prefer staying in the car, using the normal drive thru lane ordering process and scanning your phone at the window to earn points works great as well. I’m not asking Runza to save time, I’m asking them for convenience. Kind of the thing an app is all about.

The convenience of ordering via the app is totally negated when you can’t pick your order up via the drive through. It’s time to join the 21st century Runza.

Downloaded app for first time today, won’t let me enter any information to set up log in… deleted app

Needs Apple Pay, drive up window pick up, also I’m not able to delete items from cart. Just comes up with an error
