I took a 1 gb 7 day plan from them which worked fine but got over in 2 days . They didn’t send me any messages that 80% days is used etc. anyways maybe I did use that much I presumed . But here is the catch . My plan got expired and I was prompted to buy another 1 GB . Since I was in a hurry , I purchased another 1 GB plan as a top up. Guess what . In about 2 minutes the same card again got expired . How is it possible. And when I asked them details they aren’t able to provide that 1 GB data got consumed in 2 minutes when I took 2 days to consume the earlier 1 GB.
They are also not refunding giving me some vague answers . I am from IT background and I very well know how this works . I didn’t put any app for refresh etc and even if it was couldn’t be 1GB.
App not working in UAE
I wanted to check data balance here in UAE, but app is not working its showing loading screen only

I have been using Saily eşim for last couple of mi the in USA n I must say it’s just excellent..the app works lightening fast without any hiccup right from purchase to activation. I just want to say that to the Developers that please make sure that the unused date can be carried over to next cycle. This will make Saily the leader who cares for customers
Lifesaver
Saily has been a lifesaver during my travel to Turkey. Offered budget eSIM data plans for travel amongst the exorbitant rates for a local sim here in Turkey. Reliability and speeds are fast. Highly recommend. Pls add calling + VoIP and SMS support in the future, that will be a killer feature to have.
FRAUD & HORRIBLE
I got a 30 day Saily and it worked well for 2 days only. I was stuck in the middle of america with no network for a week and the customer support couldn’t fix it. The entire experience was so bad that I eventually had to buy another internet pack from another company which was outstanding. Saily refused to refund despite no network for multiple days. This corperate behavior is completely unacceptable. Would not recommend to anyone traveling.
Works great
I have used Saily for a week in Paris, France (late Dec, early Jan 25). Works great. It was very easy and quick to install the eSIM on my iPhone. I had 5G coverage throughout my stay and the connection was very stable. I’ll use it again.
Not working in Mexico
It work for few days then stop working, worst provider ever, no customer services, they don’t care about you! .
Not reliable data service
I would give zero stars if I could. I bought 7GB. It finished before the “claimed 30 days”. Then I thought it’s okay I’m going to buy another 7GB. What a waste of money. Internet would not work. I was travelling in a foreign country, I had to chase after free wifi locations. Did not feel safe at all considering I can’t even access to call for an emergency. When I contacted help support, wasted 1 hour of my time to only say they will escalate this matter to their technical team and they can’t give a refund because I used 1GB. What kind of service is that? Do not recommend. Don’t waste your time or money.
Service does not work in Mexico.
I sent over an hour with customer support. Service does not work in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Daily would not refund my purchase. Avoid this scam business. I’m not sure why @SailingZatara recommended them.
#1 e-sim app
As someone who travels a lot, I have tried all the big e-sim apps, this is the cheapest and most reliable. I havent had surcharges with Saily whereas I always get surcharges with the other apps. Highly recommend.
