Terrible eSIM

Dante9227 on

Canada

Terrible eSIM, I paid for my 30 day 3gb eSIM and 2 days later it shows as expired, I maybe used the eSIM to take a google meet once for not even 5 minutes. I tried contacting customer support and they never replied, I waited for a response for 15 minutes and considering I’m in a totally different country they should be replying quickly and should provide a real service. Don’t fall for this scam and save your money. I used airalo and it works 100x better.

So slow. Barely works

FatherofJed on

It’s supposed to be lte but I never had lte speed. It’s 3g. Used in south korea and the reason I gave 2 stars is that it works at the least. Only good for messengers and music streaming. Not suitable for video or web browsing. Takes forever to load. I don’t recommed Saily to use in South Korea.

Failure during an emergency

IhateSaily on

Canada

Was stranded in an airport when saily decided to stop working. Used airport wifi to contact customer service, went hours with no response. Product/service fails during a critically important time. Absolute garbage, do not use.

Use Airalo

Network coverage was very bad in costa rica and didn’t even connect to internet at times. Uninstalled and got a new connection with Airalo and no issues from there on.

Bad experiences on data usage

imforty5 on

Canada

I purchased the 1TB data and in less than 2 hour, it said I have consumed 50%. The iPhone system record shows 187MB is used during the period. I used this product coz of the same company as NordVPn. I’m quite disappointed.

Data is much less than listed. Bad customer experience

ligmaloverxd on

Canada

Had 2.5gb of data left when I opened up prime to download something for 980mb. I used “less data mode” in iOS to ensure there’s no other background services being used. After downloading my data went to 0. Contacted support and basically told me I was wrong and that I must’ve used the data else where. Unless the engineers at Apple are idiots, this shouldn’t of happened. Cara morris was my support agent.
