The Smart Washer App supports 'Smart Check' function that helps you to take action when an error occurs in your washer. It recognizes an error code in Samsung washer display and informs how to take action.
■ Supported Washer Models:
- Check the Smart Check mark in the control panel and the information about them in the user manual.
- The "Smart Check" may be represented as "Smart Care" depending on the language.
■ Please check these items before using the Smart Washer App!
- External light may cause the camera recognition function to be incorrect. Adjust the focus and angle properly for the auto camera recognition to operate correctly.
- Check the supported washer and smart phone models.
(Other models are not guaranteed that they will operate normally.)
- Depending on the font you have set in your mobile phone, Application's screen may look different.

Ik ga nooit meer een samsung apparaat kopen!!! Gelukkig blijft het nu bij een wasmachine!! Blij dat ik een LG TV heb gekocht en een iphone in gebruik heb!!!
Veel te ingewikkeld
Na een kwartier proberen had ik nog geen verbinding. Heb zowel deze app als de Samsung smart home app er weer afgegooid. Wat onnodig gecompliceerd, echt waardeloos.
Eenvoudig
Werkt prima, snap de negatieve reviews niet. Als die display niet herkent kan je de streepjes handmatig invoeren op je telefoon. Scannen gaat wat lastig maar je moet ervoor zorgen dat display van wasmachine niet in zonlicht staat, dan werkt het prima.
Heel smart..... NOT!

It sounds great. Very disappointing, it doesn't connect anything and doesn’t keep the promise they do:’smart app that helps you with....! Disappointing!!!

Way too complex to make a connection.
Geen wasmachine kopen vanwege deze functie
Het werkt namelijk niet!
App werkt niet. Waardeloos!
Naar veel proberen werkt deze App nog niet. Zelfs de verkoper BCC wist niet hoe/wat.
Geen timer mogelijkheid
Ik dacht nu juist de App te gaan gebruiken om er voor te zorgen dat de wasmachine pas een paar uur later start om gebruik te kunnen maken van goedkope nachtstroom. Graag deze aanpassing doen in de App, zodat dit kan. Bijvoorbaat dank.
