I’ve been trying to login for months with no luck. The App is not working anymore.

The app is not working and this is very frustrating. Error message "Oops something went wrong. Internet connection is required!". I have an Internet connection. Please resolve.

This is the most amateur app out there!! The people who created this are incompetent & should not be paid for dishing up such a useless app!!

Doesn’t always respond, needs to be updated all the time, it can’t even operate for two months without being unresponsive .

As One of the reviews mentioned...i could not use my app agter the update. Today I reinstalled it with no effect. I then decided to try the online portal - I could not login. It kept giving me an error. So I did a renew password and that worked - now that I’ve changed my password (mine was too short) the app works perfectly. It might be a good idea to mention that when you do an update next time? It will help us as clients to be able to use the app.

Since November 2023 I have had challenges trying to top up via the app. It is not working. I reported many times to Sanral and they said I I must download a new version. I can’t find the new version.

Hi the recent update of this app is not working.

This app was not validated before being released. 3.04 is not giving access to recharging of an e-tag. If you convert to full mobility you need to re-register/enter your detail. If you do, the system indicates you are already registered!

Says my email is invalid. How is that possible

Since the iOS17 update this thing has not worked like it should
